Bureau Veritas & Noerr host seminar in Düsseldorf on the introduction of the new supply chain law

Apr. 25 2023

In order to provide clients with more information on the practical introduction of the Supply Chain Act, Bureau Veritas, together with the experts from Noerr Partnergesellschaft mbH and Müller Krusche Quality GmbH, has developed a seminar that deals in detail with the introduction of the law.

At the beginning of the year, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act came into force in Germany. The law regulates corporate responsibility for the observance of human rights in global supply chains. This includes, for example, the right to fair wages, protection against child labour as well as environmental protection. Since January 2023, companies with a minimum size of 3,000 employees are affected by the law. One year later, i.e. from 01 January 2024, the legal requirements will also apply to companies with a minimum size of 1,000 employees.

As we have recently noticed an increased volume of enquiries from our clients on the subject of the Supply Chain Act, Bureau Veritas, together with the experts from Noerr Partnergesellschaft mbH and Müller Krusche Quality GmbH, has developed a seminar dedicated in detail to the introduction of the Supply Chain Act.
